Two weeks left - APPLY to DOK.Incuba­tor NOW! Unique documentary rough-cut workshop is calling for participants, willing to work hard – and fly high. Deadline: March 3rd!

Renowned editing, distribution and marketing experts are ready to support you with YOUR film.

This unique workshop for documentary films in the rough-cut stage provides half-year long individual mentoring of renowned tutors. Each of the eight selected projects receives great creative input during the editing process and is supported in developing a tailor-made marketing concept and a focused distribution strategy.

 

DEADLINE for submissions: 3 March 2014
  

Three postproduction awards are available (value of €1.500 each). One project will get scholarship for the IFP Independent Week/New York to present the film to find potential distribution and financing partners overseas!

• Distribution:

award-winning producer of “Monastery”, “Free the Mind” or “Ai Weiwei the Fake Case” and self-distribution expert Sigrid Dyekjær /DK/, Founder and CEO of AUTLOOK Filmsales Peter Jäger /AT/ and Founder and CEO of Rise and Shine World Sales Stefan Kloos /DE/   

 

The workshop is divided into three week-long residential sessions:

  • 1 May 18th -25th Krakow /PL/ = ROUGH CUT
  • 2 August 24th – 31st Bratislava /SK/ or Prague /CZ/ (TBC) = FINE CUT
  • 3 October 25th – 30th Leipzig /DE/ = PRESENTATION
