She lived by the famous documentary filmmaker Joris Ivens’ side as his co-director and wife for over three decades. We look back with Marceline Loridan-Ivens on her own development in film, on life and work with one of the most important filmmakers of the 20th century and their joint cinematic oeuvre.

The talk will open with the 30-minute documentary portrait “Windsbraut / Epouse du Vent” by Daniela Schulz (Germany 1998).
