For its 10th edition DOK Market goes online!
DOK Market is DOK Leipzig's digital video library for professionals available during the festival week and – for the first time this year! – online after the festival to extend the Leipzig experience of discovering new documentary gems.
DOK Market offers accredited professional guests with a Market accreditation the opportunity to view all documentary and animated films featured in the Official Selection of the festival. Additionally we showcase around 150 further new documentaries with international appeal, carefully chosen by the selection committee, by our partner institutions and submitted by renowned world sales companies.

30 viewing stations are available throughout the whole festival week for all accredited guests with the additional DOK Market badge.

DOK Market Online:
After this year's festival the whole catalogue of market films will be available online for another 6 months via the secured myDOK-account on the DOK Leipzig website. It enables decision makers, festival programmers and other industry guests to continue discovering the most compelling docs of the year.
DOK Market Catalogue
All documentary films in the DOK Market will be promoted through the DOK Market catalogue, which is included in the Market accreditation. All other accredited guests can purchase it at the guest counter in the festival centre during the festival week.
Please note that all animated films of the festival are also digitized. Descriptions can be found in the main festival catalogue or as hand outs at the DOK Market desk.
The place to be
Since its first launch in 2005, the DOK Market has become one of the most important meeting places for the German and international documentary industry. Its familiar and professional atmosphere is particularly well suited for relaxed networking and discovering new documentary gems.
Our aim is to help producers and distributors promoting their films to national and international industry representatives and to present a fine selection of the documentary vintage 2014.
Our guests include more than 400 film professionals, sales companies, commissioning editors, buyers, journalists and festival programmers from all over the world. The guest list from 2014 is available here.

DOK Industry is offering different events to make your stay in Leipzig as great as possible:
Get informed, get inspired, meet nice people, make new business contacts and inspire others. Come to the daily DOK Industry Talks at the Telegraph Café (Dittrichring 18–20, 5 min walk from festival centre), designed to give you a direct introduction not only to how certain parts of the documentary industry function but also to meet professionals from these areas.
Join us at the daily Get Togethers, where drinks are served and it is easy to get in touch. 2nd floor of the festival centre (Museum der bildenden Künste) from 6 pm – 7 pm.
