The digital DOK Market consists of a video library with 30 viewing stations. It is open to all accredited guests with the additional DOK market access.

Buyers, commissioning editors, festival programmers and distributors (blue accreditation) have privileged access to the video library. As a professional user of the DOK Market you can make booth reservations for the coming days.

On your festival accreditation you will find your personal log-in code. This code enables you to view films in the DOK Market during the entire festival week. For details please see the instructions displayed in every booth. If you have any problems, please contact our DOK Market staff.
After you have screened a film, the computer will prompt you for a brief comment. We will forward these comments to the filmmakers in a DOK Market report.

Important notes

  • Please make sure to log yourself out before you leave your booth!
  • Please do not leave your booth vacant for more than 10 minutes.
  • Please be aware that our system will prompt you for a brief comment on the films you watched and that we will forward these comments as reports to the filmmakers.

DOK Market Catalogue

This year, we again have approximately 300 documentary films in the DOK Market. About half of them are part of the official festival programme. The other half has been chosen by this year's selection committee specifically for the DOK Market. All of the films have been produced and completed in 2010/2011.

All films in the catalogue are listed in alphabetical order by English title. Six different indexes at the back (English title, Original title, Director, Country, Genre, Sales Contact) help you to find films using the criteria you are interested in.
Please note that in addition to the DOK Market films, all animated films of the festival are also digitized. They are not described in the market catalogue, descriptions can be found in the main festival catalogue.

The DOK Market catalogue is not part of the festival accreditation but can be purchased at the guest desk in the festival centre. Filmmakers, producers, distributors or other institutions whose films are part of this year’s DOK Market and guests with a market accreditation receive the catalogue free of charge.
