Are you new in the documentary universe? Do you want to know how to move in this international market? Do you have a film running at the festival or a project you want to push?
In small groups we discuss ‘do’s and don’t’s’ of the documentary film industry. How to best prepare your stay, what to do when attending, and how to follow up.
Katharina Bergfeld, documentary film producer at Flare Film and former coordinator of the DOK Film Market, will give a basic introduction to film marketing and distribution. Questions and individual case studies are welcome.
