Barrier-Free Cinemas and Venues

Most of the festival venues have wheelchair access.
Getting there
The following stops and stations are accessible to people with disabilities:

Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz: S-Bahn (S1, S4, S5, S5X, S11) and tram (2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14), 300m from cinema. There is a system to guide visually-impaired people from this stop to the entrance of the Passage Petersbogen.

Parking spaces for people with disabilities
There are three free parking spaces for people with disabilities in Burgstraße (50m from cinema) and two in the Peterskirchhof (100m from cinema). There are also two in the Petersbogen parking lot (2 in level -2, 1 in level -3), which are not free. NB: A vehicle cannot be higher than two metres.
Access to the Cinestar cinema in the Passage Petersbogen
There are two lifts which enable access to the cinema. Guide dogs are allowed. Please contact the Infoteam in the cinema foyer for further information about accessibility.
Toilets for people with disabilities
There is one barrier-free toilet at level 2 and one at level 4, which are both accessible via the lift. Please ask staff for the key.

Accessing the Passage Kinos
The cinemas can be accessed from the interior courtyard. The tills and cafe are accessible to people with disabilities. Guide dogs are allowed. NB: When it is wet, the interior courtyard can get slippery.
Toilets for people with disabilities
There is one barrier-free toilet in the interior courtyard. Please ask staff for the key and for guidance. Other toilets are accessible via a staircase.

Access to the East Hall
Barrier-free access through the entrance at Willy-Brandt-Platz. All floors of the Railway Station have a wheelchair access with an elevator.
Toilets for people with disabilities
Wheelchair access at the level “Querbahnsteig”, to be reached with an elevator.
The other DOK Leipzig venues are not fully accessible and do not have wheelchair access.
