For many weeks their office is a dark room with a big screen for viewing all the films that reached us – it's the working environment of the film experts that form DOK Leipzig's Selection Committee.

Ralph Eue

born 1953 in Blankenburg, studied German, Romance languages and architecture in Marburg, Paris and Frankfurt. Since 1980, he works as a Film publicist and translator, until 1984 he was an editor of the fabulous journal Filmkritik. 1990-95 he was the Press Officer of Tobis Filmkunst, since 1996 he works as a television journalist aswell. read more

Victor Orozco Ramirez

born 1974 in Guadalajara, Mexico. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Hamburg Germany with a master's degree in Fine Arts in the area of documentary filmmaking. He also organized in Ecuador, Germany and Mexico until 2012 the short film festival ambulart. Victor Orozco Ramirez has also directed a variety of animation and documentary short films.

was born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1977. Rusadze worked for Georgian TV for several years. In 1996 he moved to Germany and studied in directing class at Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf.
