Industry Helpdesk

Before the festival week, you can sign up for a time slot for the DOK Industry Helpdesk to get advice by DOK Industry staff on making the most of your time at the festival and which opportunities are on offer during the Industry programme.

Industry Toolkit for First Timers

Are you new to documentary film festivals or would you like to know more about navigating the international market? Have you got a film in the festival’s programme or Film Market or a new project to push?

During the Industry Toolkit session, opportunities, strategies and dos and don’ts will be discussed in small groups led by an industry expert.

Industry Intros

At the DOK Industry Intros, you can expand your knowledge on certain aspects of the industry. Experienced professionals working in diverse fields, e.g. International co-productions, distribution and sales, share their insights and expertise in this series of talks.

In diverse networking formats you get the chance to meet esteemed experts of the documentary community. Expand your network, discover opportunities and get connected for future projects and collaborations. Each networking format focuses on an area of the industry, e.g. international festivals and markets, training initiatives, sales, archive producers and animation production.
