Helpdesk

Drop by the Helpdesk to get tailored advice by DOK Industry staff on making the most of your time at the festival and take advantage of insider tips on DOK Leipzig.

To get guidance prior to the festival and prepare your attendance, book a slot for the online DOK Industry Helpdesk to consult with DOK Industry staff. The online DOK Industry Helpdesk will be open October 4 from 11:00 to 12:00 (UTC+2) and October 5 from 16:00 to 17:00 (UTC+2).

During the festival week, the onsite DOK Industry Helpdesk operates daily from 10:00 to 11:00 at the Guest Counter in the Festival Centre.

First Timer Tour

Are you new to documentary film festivals or would you like to know more about navigating the international market? Have you got a film in the festival’s programme or Film Market this year or a new project to push? If so, sign up for the First Timer Tour, where dos and don’ts will be discussed in small groups led by an industry expert.
